Beginner's OLL (Orient Last Layer)

EDIT: THIS IS NOT CALLED THE "FISH" METHOD. Please address it by it's proper name, Orientation of the Last Layer. This is only a partial step to a full method known as the Fridrich method. This video will teach you how to solve the last layer, the beginner's way. Most speedcubers use this method, where you get a solid color on the top side after getting the first two layers. If you use a different method, I strongly advise you to convert to this method if you want to move onto speedcubing. I use to do this, but I've learned more algorithms and I currently do a fewer amount of moves to Orient the last layer. Algorithms Used 1. R U R' U R U2 R' Right "Fishy" 2. yah i didn't follow this at all. i permute the edges on the last layer then the corners but most of the time i have to do R' D R D' to solve each corner which takes fucking forever. every now and then when i am lucky the last layer edges + corners solve by themself which i want to figure out how to do.

That is why I posted this tutorial, so people can stop using R' D R D' to solve each corner individually. I know this video may seem to increase your solve times, but after you get use to it (and possibly further explore this method) you will see that it is much better than the typical beginner method.

Why do you always base your OLL's on the 'Sune'? When you can solve it from the stages you're at.
